I have felt both heat and cold
And the sensations born to my fingers are still present.

I have known hunger and I have been full
Yet there is still flavor in all that passes my lips.

I have been in bright sunshine and in the blackness of no light
But the colors of the rainbow do not escape my eyes.

I am surrounded by sound and silence
by perfume and dung
But my ears still hear the wind
and my nose still gathers in its fragrances

Today I live. One day to come I will die.

How can I not believe that I will continue in my experiences?
